| paste.
diy
wheatpaste can easily be produced in your own kitchen. all you need
is some all purpose flour, a pot full of water, and a stove. heat
water close to a boil, mix about 2/3 of the heated water and your
flour in a separate container (preferably the one you'll be using
to transport your glue). this mix should end up being a thick glop
about the consistency of thick oatmeal. you should then pour this
back into the pot with the rest of the heated water and cook the
mixture. after |
stirring
for a while, you'll notice the paste
starting
to clarify slightly and seize up a bit. your final product should
be about the color and texture of glue. (it should be noted that
wheatpaste has a shelf-life of less than a day so leftovers should
be cleaned immediately or frozen.)
